Extensive work and joint efforts have gone into the formulation of the Research Agenda. Consortium partners, registered users, workshop participants, interviewed researchers and policy-makers have all cooperated in shaping a joint research agenda on Sustainable Food Consumption.

    

Sustainable Food Systems in 2025 from Freija van Duijne, Dutch Ministry of Economics, Agriculture and Innovation.

The 3rd Workshop on Sustainable Food Consumption dealing with "Scenarios and Possible Sustainable Futures” took place on 12-13 May, 2011 in Vienna, Austria, on the premises of the Austrian Ministry of Environment.

The 2nd Workshop on sustainable food consumption with a focus on “Policy Instruments” took place on 27/28 January 2011 in Vienna, Austria, on the premises of the Austrian Ministry of Environment.

The 1st Workshop on SFC with a focus on “Facts, Trends, Objectives, Actors, Systems” took place on 21/22 October 2010 in Vienna, Austria, on the premises of the Austrian Ministry of Environment.
